Day 1 Activities: Ha Noi Arrival
Upon arrival, our private Vietnam Tours guide and driver will welcome yourVietnam Holiday, pick up and transfer to the hotel for check in. Day 2 Activities: Ha Noi City Tour
Hanoi is choice for any Vietnam Tours. Today we enjoy a full day Hanoi city tourof this charming capital city including the mausoleum of the nation's founder HoChi Minh (close on Monday & Friday), the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh'shouse on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, the impressiveEthnologic Museum, the beautiful West Lake, the Tran Vu Pagoda, the peacefullake of the Restored Sword.
Late afternoon we take a cyclo tour for a short excursion through the bustlingold quarter streets named after the specific goods once offered for sale atthese places. In the evening, we end Hanoi city tour with a fantastictraditional water puppet show.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3 Activities: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Trang An grottoes
After breakfast, we continue our beautiful Vietnam Tour to Hoa Lu which was thecapital city of Vietnam under the Dinh Dynasty between 968 and 980 AD andancient sanctuaries and tombs can still be seen today. Apart from the historicalimportance, the area is naturally beautiful, referred to many as the “dry HalongBay,” with limestone peaks and fertile green valleys. After lunch, take theamzing boat trip to visit Trang An grottoes which is a gathering of 31 valleys,50 cross-water caves, and home to 600 kinds of flora and over 200 kinds offauna, many of them in the Red Book of Vietnam. While rowing through Trang Angrotto in the quiet, fresh air of the highlands, with only the sound of birdsand the oars stirring the clear water and surrounded by magnificent forestedmountains upon which graze white goats, visitors enjoy a heaven on earth. Theend of the day, drive to Tam Coc and free at leisure to take a walking visitaround Tam Coc or doing bike trip to visit the village and Bich Dong pagoda.Back to Hanoi in the late afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 4 Activities: Ha Noi - Ha Long
This morning, after breakfast, we drive to Halong Bay (165km), Vietnam mostscenic sight, a recognized World Natural Heritage Site and highlight of anyVietnam Tours. Upon arrival, board your traditional wooden junk. Welcome drinkon board. After a relaxing break, enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while cruisingthrough the wonderful Ha Long bay visiting its amazing grottoes and caves.Opportunity to dive off the boat and have a pleasant swimming in the deep bluewater of East Sea before relaxing on your sun deck to view a Halong sunset.Dinner on board with excellent fresh seafood. Overnight on board.

Day 5 Activities: Ha Long - Ha Noi - Fly to Hue
People said that your Vietnam Tours would not have been done without a trip toHalong Bay and a romantic night on Halong Cruise. People describe Halong Bay asmajestic and mysterious, inspiring and imperious and words alone cannot dojustice to the natural wonder that is Halong Bay. Imagine 3000 or moreincredible islands rising from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Tonkin and youhave a vision of breathtaking beauty. Halong Bay is pure art, a pricelesscollection of unfinished sculptures hewn from the hand of nature. It isabsolutely true when you get up early to catch the sunrise on the bay, doing TaChi on sundeck and relax with a cup of hot coffee or tea when the boat cruisingto explore more of Halong Bay. All make your Vietnam Holiday with full sweetmemory. Back to Halong city, end of your beautiful Halong Bay Cruise at aroundnoon where our private guide and driver are waiting for the transfer back toHanoi airport for the flight to Hue. Day 6 Activities: Hue City Tour
Hue is one of places, which has many cultural heritages. Up to now, there is noplace like Hue remaining a lot of originally historical vestiges as in thisancient Capital City and an enjoyable stop for your Vietnam tours. Afterbreakfast, our tour starts with the visit to Imperial Citadel before taking thebeautiful boat trip on the romantic Perfume River and visit Hue's best-knownreligious site-Thien Mu Pagoda and the Mausoleum of former emperor Minh Mang ina tranquil setting of gardens and lakes. Return to the hotel. Free at leisure.Overnight in Hue


Day 7 Activities: Hoi An
Hoi An Ancient Town - highlight of any tour to Vietnam - is an exceptionallywell-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15thto the 19th century. Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences,both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritagesite.
Day free to cycle through rice paddies in the countryside of Hoi An ancienttown, shop for souvenirs among the antique shops and art galleries, or just sitat sidewalk cafes and soak up the atmosphere of this quaint town. Or relax onthe white sandy beach of the famous MyKhe Beach. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 8 Activities: Hoi An - Cooking Class
We start the day (8.15am) with a welcome drink at Hai Café (98 Nguyen Thai HocStreet, Hoi An Ancient Town, Tel: 863210) – our meeting point.
Visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds andaromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with thelocal sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cookinglesson later.
We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the HoiAn River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local riverlife, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning aboutsome of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs forabout 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before weprepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introductionto Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down andeat what we have cooked.
Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy freeuse of our new 20 metre swimming pool. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 9 Activities: Da Nang - Fly to Ho Chi Minh
After breakfast, our Vietnam tour guide and driver in Hoi An will transfer youto the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon.Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, welcome by our private Vietnam tour guideand driver and transfer to you hotel for check in. Ho Chi Minh, the mostexciting city of Vietnam, a mecca of commerce, also a city with a chequeredhistory and a rich culture, its pagodas, museums, public buildings, parks andboulevards make it one of the most delightful Vietnam Tours and cities to visitin Vietnam. Day 10 Activities: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta
After breakfast, we Drive to My Tho (65km) - The quiet capital city of TienGiang province, is the traditional gateway to the Mekong Delta, an interestingand beautiful Vietnam Tour to catch a glimpse of the famous river. On arrival,we visit the beautiful Vinh Trang pagoda, the most famous pagoda in the south ofVietnam whose architecture is a mixture of Vietnamese, Kh’mer and Chinese beforetaking a private boat trip along the small canals of Mekong River seeing thedaily life of the Mekong River people in both sides of the river. Then take ashort tour by “xe loi” (motorized rickshaw) on the rural lane to the bank ofMekong River visiting a rice farm, coconut candy factory and honey bee farm.Continue our journey by sampan through the canals and mangrove forests to reachan island. Stroll on a fruit garden, taste diverse types of seasonal fruits, teamixed with bee’s honey and enjoy a special folk show of traditional Mekong Deltamusic. Afternoon drive back to Ho Chi Minh.

Day 11 Activities: Ho Chi Minh - Phan Thiet
After breakfast, we drive to Phan Thiet (5 hours), once a part of the ChamKingdom, it’s now a perfect stop for Vietnam beach holidays and to end yourVietnam Tours, an unremarkable town with a reasonable beach, some decent hotels,and a very good golf course. In a nice setting with white sand beaches andcoconut trees, the beach resort of Phan Thiet is also endowed with amazing spotssuch as sand dunes, natural lakes and astonishing red canyons. Phan Thiet stillhas sizeable populations of Cham and Raglai ethnic minority groups. The formerare a part of the area’s Cham heritage. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel,free time at leisure. Overnight Phan Thiet.

Day 12 Activities: Phan Thiet
Day is free at leisure for you to write about your Vietnam Tours or to explorethe area including the fishing village of Mui Ne which locates at the far end ofthe beach, the village and several hectares of massive rolling sand dunes make apleasant diversion from relaxing on the beach, swimming and windsurfing. Thevillage is worth a visit for three reasons – firstly, very few tourists gofurther than the dunes, secondly, the small harbour is picturesque (there’s anexcellent view from where the dunes road turns off) and thirdly, there’s aninteresting pagoda where followers of Vietnam’s whale cult hold services andstore skeletons of the massive sea mammals.

Day 13 Activities: Phan Thiet - Ho Chi Minh
Morning, free time at leisure and after lunch, the guide and driver willtransfer you back to Ho Chi Minh. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 14 Activities: Ho Chi Minh Depature
Free time at leisure for you to wrap up your memorial Vietnam Holiday untilprivate guide and driver will transfer you to Ho Chi Minh airport for yourdeparture flight with the sincere thanks for traveling with MinMax.
